ChapmanBlack are currently offering a fantastic 3 month training program, to train and develop young talent into exceptional recruitment consultants. We are looking for enthusiastic people who have drive and ambition. Previous experience is not necessary and training and mentoring is included in the internship however you must be motivated and have good communication skills. An interest in sales is key! World class, innovative training will be given in recruitment specific areas and sales models such as: - Headhunting - Pitching - Candidate Qualification - Lead Generation - SPIN You will work with leading industry experts and on live projects which will help you develop your skills as a recruitment consultant. Who will benefit from this internship? Anyone who is interested in furthering their career, there is also the opportunity to work full time for the company if successful after the internship. The internship is unpaid however travel expenses are paid for. There is also the opportunity to earn commission on successful projects.
