This is intially a 12-24 week placement through the Graduate Step programme. The Role The company now has an opportunity for an IT graduate to join their team. They are soon moving to an outsourced IT company but want to maintain a presence in the company. In order to do this they are looking for a pro-active graduate to work with them on the following: • Providing general IT support to staff • Supervision and Maintenance of IT Systems • Managing the Microsoft Servers • Ensuring IT systems are working effectively at all times • Dealing with employee issues • Liaising with outsourced IT Company • Managing the networks The Candidates All candidates will have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar and will have knowledge of Microsoft servers and programming software. Will be able to provide comprehensive support to employees on software, hardware and networking issues and will have good communication skills. Will have a technical, hands-on approach and will be able to liaise with people at all levels in the business. This role is based in Grangemouth and all candidates must be happy with the location of the role and be able to commute their daily.
