Claims Project Manager - Insurance - Guidewire - London Claims Project Manager - Insurance - Guidewire - London My leading Insurance client requires an experienced Business Facing Project Manager to join them on their major Claims System Replacement programme in London. The hire will work as part of a team and liaise with programme stakeholders to manage the planning and implementation of work packages which will lead to the successful implementation of new system enhancements but which will also require business processes, training, updates to Policy & Procedures and new organisation models into the live environment. Essential Experience: * Strong project management experience. * Experience of executing organisation change projects. * Experience in planning & Management of Schedule of Events * Excellent understanding of the discipline of project management and the tools and processes involved. * Experience working on Technology change programmes. * Facilitation skills including the delivery of formal and informal presentation. * Previous experience in deploying large initiatives and rollout activities. * Experience of working within large and complex project and programme environments. * Solid Business stakeholder management experience with the demonstrable ability to manage difficult stakeholders. * Recent General Insurance. Desirable Experience: * Recent experience working on a Claims transformation within a General Insurance company. * Those with specific Guidewire experience will be given preference.
