Benefits Specialist
Job Description: Looking for a dynamic HR professional with experience in benefits administration to assist busy department at employer of choice in Burlington, VT. The successful candidate will manage assigned benefit programs and oversee life insurance, worker's compensation, & leaves of absence. Candidate must possess strong problem resolution skills, a true respect of confidentiality, ability to work with all personality types and the highest level of professionalism. Candidate must have at least 3 years HR experience, with strong familiarity with benefits administration. Bachelor's degree and or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
