This Customer Service Representative position REQUIRES that you pass a background and drug screen. Credit is run to verify the amount of debt outstanding. As an inbound call center customer service representative, you must have 2 yrs CSR with a GED or High School Diploma or 6 months CSR experience with a degree, all will be need to be verified. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, resolving customer questions and good customer service. Experience with detail orientation Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task is required. Having some benefits knowledge is helpful, but not required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Be available from the hours starting as early as 7:00am and working as late as 7:00pm during this four to six month project.
