SAP Finance Lead - SystemsAccountants is working exclusively with a leading organisation based in Bedfordshire who are about to undertake a greenfield SAP 4.7 implementation. The group is one of the largest SAP users in the world and this UK subsidiary is the final phase of the roll-out . Working on behalf of the finance team you will be responsible for working with the users to identify and drive out inefficient processes and guide the organisation through this period of change. Acting as the SAP Finance Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the application is built around the requirements of the end users but also communicating progress and developments across finance. Candidates must have the right cultural fit and be able to liaise with the end users to change the way they work from both a systems and process perspective, but also have the gravitas and engagement skills to sell the benefits of the programme to ensure buy-in from both the finance community and senior stakeholders. Candidates will need to have experience of managing projects matched with a strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO. Qualified Accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) would be highly desirable.
