Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Admin Assistant Customer Service Data Entry Real Estate
Busy Florida real estate brokerage listing bank owned REO's. Looking for friendly, eager individual to assist with various office duties. Must be a quick learner with great attention to detail. This position could grow to full time depending on business levels and results of part time work. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Data entry and document and photo upload into Equator, LPS, MLS and other similar platforms for multiple agents with multiple logins - Reviewing documents and contracts for completeness and accuracy - Following up via phone and email to other agents to pass along messages and request documents - Turning on and off utility accounts - Entering listings into MLS including some descriptive writing - Online research related to finding and contacting HOA's - Other miscellaneous administrative tasks - Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - Applicant must have Printer, Desktop Scanner to Scan multiple pages into one PDF, Fax not required, but preferred. - Adobe Pro software to be able to combine PDF's or remove pages. - Broadband Internet connection - Ability to multitask - Ability to meet tight deadlines - Must perform ethically and be trustworthy with confidential information - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - Previous administrative experience in real estate preferred but not required - References requested Desired Skills: Admin Assistant Customer Service Data Entry Real Estate Keywords: Virtual Assistant
