Title: QA Coordinator (Systems Integration & UAT) Description: STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has several openings for QA Coordinator.These positions are based inFarmington Hills,MIfor a large Fortune 500 Financial Services firm. Please note that these project assignments are with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end-clients. These positions are expected to be long term. Responsibilities: Work with IT & Business Test Manager and other Test Analysts to plan and track testing tasks, plan, traceability, Quality Center updates, daily status reporting Coordinate with the project work streams and application teams in the creation, maintenance and execution of test cases and end to end business scenarios Ensure requirements traceability to test cases and test results Communication of test metrics for Testers, Coordinators, Project Managers, Vendors, Lines of Business and IT and Business Test Manager Escalate testing defects, problems, and issues to Project Manager and Vendor Test Manager for timely resolution Perform other testing duties as assigned Required Skills: Possesses a solid understanding of SDLC and Quality Assurance concepts, metrics analysis, methodologies, and documentation standards HP Quality Center (ALM) experience is essential SQA Certification would be a preferable Possesses a university degree/college diploma in Computer Science and/or minimum 5 years systems experience as a functional testing professional Is extremely organized and can coordinate necessary tasks to complete testing Can work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to coordinate with large group of diverse resources Can work closely with technical partners to achieve System Integration Testing Possesses solid analytical skills for complex problem solving Possesses strong project management/coordination skills Exhibits solid communication skills, both written and verbal Resume Submittal Instructions: Interested/qualified candidates should email their word formatted resumes to Ms. Sharmli Somaskandan at ssomaskandan@stgit.com and/or contact at 248.643.9010 x 119.
