Customer Service Representatives will be fielding inbound phone calls and emails regarding inquiries about products purchased through the company, an online retail store. No selling or cold calling! Will be assisting customers with account maintenance and any billing problems. Must have a calm demeanor and empathy for the customer. Excellent hours!! Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm! Requires at least two solid years of customer service experience. Experience answering incoming customer service calls in a call center environment is highly preferred. Must be self motivated and have the ability to problem solve. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
