Functions include: " Lead and coordinate workload for support staff " Support, guide, and train inventory record clerks. " Liaise with customer service, expediting and warehouse personnel to resolve issues with inventory accuracy. " Analyze current and historical parts data from multi system and process inventory adjustments and / or other required actions to correct discrepant stock record on hand. " Complete analysis for supply chain improvement projects. Develop and lead monthly client presentations Requirements: Required Skills: " Background in Records Accuracy Management is highly desired " Able to work independently or in a team environment. " Strong analytical skills. Knowledge and understanding of Excel spreadsheet/pivot tables. " Understanding of inventory adjustment procedures and supply chain management is a key skill level. " Strong leadership, project management and writing skills, experience developing and documenting processes. Strong initiative and ability to learn quickly.
