Volt is seeking a Legal Document Preparation Specialist for a full time role at our Northwest Austin client. Description or duties: Responsible for accurate and timely production of legal documents to the customer and/or government agencies Prepare minimum daily required legal documents ordered by customers. Maintain and follow procedure manuals, resolving processing problems, and recording time measurements. Perform other related duties as maybe directed. Take directions from Leads, Assistant Managers and/or Managers as required. This position is a full time opportunity, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm. Maintain acceptable attendance record. Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS Degree Copy editing, proofreading, or academic grading experience. Previous work in a legal environment as a paralegal, law school, etc. Experience processing complex documents such as loan applications.
