Change Mangement Manager for IT
Our client has recently promoted an individual and is looking to backfill this role of a Change Management Manager. This is not organizational change management. In this position you will be managing vendor relationships for the IT infrastructure. You will be the "go-to" person when vendors need assistance and direction. This position manages and leads the operational and administrative activities of a change control process across a multi-platform environment to avoid scheduling conflicts and prevent potential problems between business units and other support areas. It also manages the hardware maintenance contracts to ensure accurate accounting and control. Requirements: Applicable ITIL certifications preferred. Typically a minimum of seven years experience in a variety of IT operations including previous supervisor or leadership experience. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and Remedy.
