Leading Area Company searching for an experienced Sterilization Supervisor on a Temporary to Hire basis. Starting pay rate is $20.00 - $22.00 p/h. Manpower benefits are available during theterm of temporary employment and our client's excellent benefit package available upon permanent hire. The Sterilization Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the daily production requirements of the sterilization department. Must be able to actively demonstrate the day-to-day supervision and leadership roles as well as the growth of the department and personnel. Will act as a conduit between sterilization and all processing business units. Hours are on 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday. Qualifications for this excellent opportunity include a minimum of 2 years' experience in Tissue Banking, Central Sterile Supply, Surgical Technician or production experience in a sterile environment in the pharmaceutical or medical field. Minimum of a HS Diploma required although college coursework in the life sciences is a plus. Must have Certification in sterile processing and distribution, be registered and certified in Central Service Healthcare, registered and Certified in Healthcare Leadership Skills. Healthcare Material Management of SPSM Registry and Certification a plus. Position requires knowledge of CGMP's, QSR's and SUP's.
