A growing national, commercial real estate firm seeks a part-time, independent self-starter to join its Marketing department. The experienced, highly-motivated candidate must possess a willingness to undertake multiple responsibilities and complete assignments in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player with a great work ethic and congenial personality who is detail-oriented and thinks outside the box. The candidate must be a results-oriented, driven individual who wants to make an immediate and direct impact to the organization and can manage projects from start to finish.   POSITION OVERVIEW Assist the Marketing Director in the development and production of marketing and advertising materials, in print and online. Serve as the main point of contact to manage the production of all marketing packages. Duties include (but are not limited to): Coordinating with Brokers to develop marketing packages for a large volume of property inventory Assembling property data and demographic research Creating brochures, mailers, invitations, web advertisements, and email blasts to support direct marketing initiatives Updating the Company website Source and edit images where needed Providing back-up phone coverage as needed ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS At least, 3 years experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Excellent understanding of HTML & CSS At least, 2 years experience using Dreamweaver Proficient in basic design At least, 2 years experience in designing, marketing, advertising or similar materials Web development or content management experience Excellent attention to detail (a must) Excellent organizational skills Moderate proficiency in project management Proficient in MS Office Suite   DESIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS   - BA in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising or Communications - Excellent Ability to Communicate - Database Administration a bonus - Commercial Real Estate experience a plus
