SAP CRM Loyalty Management Lead Consultant in Toronto, Canada ( Direct Client, 7 Months Contract, Open Rate + Expenses Our Direct Customer in Toronto, Canada is actively seeking a accomplished Lead SAP CRM Loyalty Management Functional Consultant for a 7 Months contract to start ASAP. The client pays a Market Rate on this role and the Expenses are covered. And initiate planning and blueprinting for next phase of the Loyalty solution. This includes oversight, deliverables and activities around: Note- due to addition of last bullet below. • Ownership of SAP CRM functional solution (across workpackages/releases/external vendors), and functional design oversight to the team o Current work package inclue Data migration, Loyalty Management, Offer, RTOM, Retail experience, Interfaces o Tactical items reporting, data encryption, security, workflows, roles • Provide input to test scenario/test data for each release (across work packages) for gaps and quality (for internal SAP and customer tests) • Consulting on Implementation and cutover tasks: o Guidance on Solution Management and integration to CRM/Offer o Consulting support for Performance, UAT test readiness and cutover tasks. o Leveraging/coordinating with MaxAttention/core as needed on above • Knowledge Transfer to customer COE: (not fully assessed and estimated) o Guidance and advice on plans o Content creation and reviews , as needed outside of project deliverables (example workshop material, decks etc) o Support content delivery (workshops etc, the lead would pull in other resources as needed for this and above bullets) • Review of material, and guidance to customer's Training team as they start efforts (not fully assessed and estimated) • Alignment with ASAP Methodology on above activities, and guiding client and team with the ‘SAP way’ • Support coordination of dependencies with CDP development team • Support planning and direction on Phase 2/R4 releases.
