Hi Coders, i have a need for a new script to use as part of the OUTLOOK RULES WIZARD to process some mails in a way that Outlook will not do for me Function 1 – Export PST of Inbox every month A simple backup of the INBOX and subfolders to a network location on the 1st day of each month Functions 2 – Move mails over 7 days moved to specific folder In the main INBOX move all mails (read and unread) to a specific folder within the inbox called “TOTGAC” which will be a subfolder of the INBOX Function 3 – Delete Mails in INBOX subfolders every 90 days Within the INBOX I have a number of folder which contain mail messages. I want the script to go into each folder and delete all mail in those mail boxes over 90 days old * I will need the option in the script to exclude specific folders from this function if needed.
