We have 2 Joomla (2.5.4) based websites that is mostly completed. We need someone to build a database that handles information that is generated via on online form. As well as make the final tweaks. Each site will serve a unique purpose. There is a Consumer and Client site. The file upload area is only available to the client, not the consumer. The client site will have an application form as well. The consumer will only have an application form. This will serve as their account number with us. There must be an area to export the data on the application in .csv format. A brief rundown on the process: Our clients upload a file (.csv) to us. This file has the consumers name, address and various other data in it. A letter will get mailed to these people. The ones who respond (consumers) will have to complete the online application. The application process will also act as registration. Once they submit this application, the unique file number is created and we are notified. The consumer is then sent an email with their ID number as well as a link to another form. The goal is to have a system that will allow the consumer and the client to exchange “offers” via system generated links (communicated via an internal email system. The consumer will have 3 chances to negotiate an acceptable offer. There must be a separate administrative area that we go to log the details of what we are doing. This includes the ability to create time/date stamped notes and well as a calendar reminder system. For the most part, I feel I have described this project as well as I can. I will need a quote as well as time frame for project completion. I do have a much more detailed version, but I feel that what I have given here should be enough to begin.
