We need to do this view: http://i.imgur.com/e3zCs.png And this view must work fine on iPhone, Android and iPad. There are 2 elements: the top header and an iframe as content. The iframe must start minimized like design, and when user clicks on it, it being zoomed and able to scroll. The header must be showed always at top and must be not able for zoom and scrolling. We have the header markup and style ready, and all the backend functionality is done. This is a python project, but this task maybe can be developed apart and later we can implement it on project.
