Please send me your quote, previous work samples, estimated completion time, what system you will be using to code it, etc. The SRS states I want it in the Microsoft system, but I do not care about that at all. It could be done in Java, Python, etc. I also am open to web platform vs desktop app, etc. Tell me your solutions. To test if you understand the scope of the project, I will ask you to do a database schema. Open to using Open Source Solutions, Ofbiz, OpenERP, etc. I want it told to me exactly which parts are open source and which are legally mine. If you are going to use an Open Source Solution, I want to know in advance.
