I am looking for Virtual Assistant (VA) who additionally has some Sales experience too based in United States to do the following: - VA to monitor our voicemail box for our Sales & Support number using Skype and return calls to customers who may have called in. - VA to monitor our web based Sales & Support tickets system and respond to them. - VA would be receiving customer contact information and any relevant information required for that call directly from our Team here on an ongoing basis. - There may be instances where you might be required to research and write some content for the website. - Send a daily log which would say : 1) responded to tickets so and so 2) called or received call from customer (info) and any customer or call specific information which we may need to respond in detail. In almost all the cases response needs to be made to the customer based on the available information. For any specific requirement we need VA to take a note of the query and tell them that we would be getting back. Our team would there on either directly communicate with the customer or otherwise tell VA what needs to be communicated back to the customer on the following day. Information VA needs to be aware of is non technical only and already available on the website, our ticketing system and internal knowledgebase. Ofcourse we would be providing all the info to the VA initially ourselves. At the end of this first test week if all goes well in addition to the hourly rate we would start paying a set commission for every call VA made or responded to which ended up into a sale. I would like to start with 1 hour every working day with the chosen person. So there would be atleast 24-25 hours for the first month to begin with. If it works out well and we are satisfied I would increase the number of hours. You should be able to devote this 1 hour in EST timezone between 10AM to 6PM. Good communication skills required.
