This is a long term, 12-month consulting assignment. Responsibilities: Provide expert level technical assistance in support and preparation of desktops, laptops, applications and hardware Initial task: assisting in the deployment of 150 HP Laptops with Windows XP. Transition from deployment of laptops to a Windows 7 upgrade project, and ongoing desktop support Receive escalated-level support issues from helpdesk May lead and direct the work of others.
