Human Resources Manager responsible for strategic and operations HR functions at plant located in Fairfield, PA. The successful candidate will lead the HR function for this location, ensuring responsive and value added services to all employees. This position will be responsible for best in class HR services. Essential focus areas will include staffing, employee services, engagement, training and education, employee retention, and talent management. Successful candidate will be self-directed HR professional with at least five years of HR Generalist experience who excels at driving change through the use of strong partnering skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and PHR/SPHR certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Successful candidate must also have a thorough understanding of Human Resources Management and employment laws and regulations, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working with employees at both a plant and senior management level, along with strong facilitation and problem solving skills is required. Experience with PeopleSoft and ATS experience such as Lumesse/Stepstone is a plus.
