Kforce is in need of Deskside Support Technicians to work with end users in a Plantation, Florida Office of one of our major customers. They are currently looking for Support Specialists to support a Lotus Notes to Outlook / Exchange migration. This is end-user support only. Exchange will be supported by Microsoft. Candidates will be responsible for supporting personnel and will provide remote telephone support to a Dearborn, Michigan Office as well as desk-side support locally if necessary. They will also take calls for other locations across the country during the migration as well as post-migrations support. These end users are being converted from Lotus Notes to Outlook / Exchange and there will be plenty of problem post migration that our consultants will support. The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): A+ and NET+ Certifications will be considered a plus 3-4 years of desktop support experience are preferred Provide desk-side support for Outlook related calls Knowledge of Lotus Notes Ability to troubleshoot Outlook and OWA Good communication skills Troubleshooting software experience Imaging Ticketing system experience is preferred
