Kforce is currently looking for a subject matter expert for a 3-6 month contract in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Tivoli / DB2 Administrator will work on a project involving the technologies required below. The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position unless noted otherwise: Current Omegamon DB2 monitoring knowledge or installation experience Experience with the installation of IBM Tivoli monitoring components which consist of TEMS and TEP Experience configuring and installation of TEMS or TEP Understanding of TEMS/TEPS architecture and installation in z/OS as well as AIX Knowledge of USS and Java on the mainframe Understanding of key DB2 system parameters to be monitored in a data sharing environment Interfacing TEMS/TEPS with SMARTs Configuring DB2 monitor set with OMEGAMON Configure / test integration between OMEGAMON and TEMS Configure / test integration between TEMS and TEPS Configure / test integration between TEPS and Ionix (SMARTS)
