We have an immediate need for Senior Technical Business Analysts to perform the following: Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, tasks and workflow analysis Critically evaluate information gathered, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Process information gathered into a technical process flow Serve as a liaison between the Business Units and Technology Teams through which requirements flow Work closely with the Business Partner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements Provide project direction and to support in research, analysis, review, development, implementation and monitoring of new or revised systems Act as a liaison and participate in defining technology solutions to solve complex, multi-disciplinary business problems with long-term implications Qualified candidates will possess the following: A Bachelor's Degree Minimum 7 years of experience in working on information technology projects Extensive experience with Microsoft Project Extensive experience in the project lifecycle, which includes all project deliverables Must be familiar with information technology integration projects Strong analytical and project management skills are required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Accurately document functional specifications, conversions, upgrades, interfaces, reports, forms and workflows A PMP or CSBA Certification is strongly preferred
