The Division of Family & Economic Security, Bureau of Child Support Services uses several web applications to manage the various aspects of the program. These applications include: Child Support Online Services (CSOS) for participant financial and personal information; Lien Docket Web for Lien information; and License Certification Web for occupational and recreational license information. Two new web development projects are commencing; KIDS user interface, and KIDS Document Generation sub-system. Project duties are to provide architectural analysis and design expertise and quality assurance for the KIDS user interface, and the document generation sub-system integration and implementation with KIDS user interface, Thunderhead, Lombardi and FileNet. Project duties will also include completing deliverables for all phases of the system development life cycle: project planning, requirements, analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, development of user documentation, training materials and help screens.
