HSI is seeking a TEM consultant with report writing skills for a temp to perm job in Rye, NY. Tivoli Endpoint Manager client side (workstation) experience is needed. The Software Usage Analysis (SUA) report writer will assist in supporting Asset Management inventory. Run reports on various asset for various requirements. Ensure software installed on machines are compliant with contracts. Use SUA for significant cost-saving and time-saving features. Continuous software application license usage and metering, including support for existing software repositories. Manage access to web reporting infrastructure. Review software usage reports and reclaim unused licenses based on predetermined criteria - software metering. Understanding of deployment architecture (Bes console, TLRs, LLRs). Monitor and manage the health of the deployed infrastructure (ensuring existance and health of BES, TLRs and LLRs) Taking actions to resolve issues in TEM infrastructure to ensure it meets implementations service objectives (this likely means taking action when the health of a component indicates issues in terms of utilization, availability, etc). Candidates should have 1+ years of TEM/Asset Management experience Candidates should have 5+ years overall IT experience. No project managers, please.
