Software Tester Plano, TX The Test Engineer will design &, develop manual and automated test cases, plan and execute tests and certify releases through product & technology research, APD roadmap reviews, interaction with developers and by using their test experience. -Writes test plans that enforces the acceptance criteria of features, and includes testing requirements and potential risks and mitigation plans. -Designs and executes Non Functional Test Cases as per PRQC. -Creates and maintains Test Data required for validation in the QA envs. -Responsible for overall execution of all phases of testing as prescribed by Test Engineering(Functional, System Test, Prod. Rls) for project/product. -Develops and maintains test plans/cases. -Provide Test estimates during sprints and also perform test impact analysis based on code changes. -Analyze and fill test coverage gaps. -Automate test cases. -Report issues found in a timely manner and help identify the root cause -Helps triage automated build and regression issues -Tracks and reports on PRQC metrics -Develops and provides appropriate and timely quality reports Ensure their functionalities have been tested E2E from a customer perspective while partnering w/the right teams. -Performance Test execution and reporting -Perform Code Reviews and evaluate Unit Test coverage. -Conduct Design Reviews -Deploy builds in the appropriate environments for testing
