Working in a SLA driven, ITIL orientated data center support environment for a federal government agency with nationwide branches, this position is responsible for new technology deployment, system improvement solution design and implementation, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis on server and application areas. This position requires a firm knowledge of computer hardware and software technologies, and a strong troubleshooting capability. Systems that this position needs to provide senior technical support include: Exchange 2003 and 2010, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Citrix NetScaler and XenApp application, Symantec Enterprise Vault Email/File Archiving systems, Windows 2008 Active Directory and servers, VMWare ESX 4 and ESXi 5 virtual infrastructures. This position is also required to perform documentation on system design, system configuration, develop system implementation plan. Need to participate in off-hour on-call rotation. Full time support. Off-hour on-call support is required. 5+ years hands on experience of Windows server, network and Active Directory infrastructure administration. 5+ years hands on experience of Microsoft Exchange Email system engineering and administration. Exchange 2003 and 2010 experience is highly desired. 3+ years hands on Citrix XenApp and Netscaler configuration and administration experience is required. 2+ years hands on Symantec Enterprise Vault configuration and administration experience is required. 2+ years of hands on Blackberry Enterprise Server administration experience. 5+Experience in Windows 2008 server, Windows 2008 Active Directory. 3+Experience in administering VMware vSphere virtual server infrastructure. In-Depth expertise in VMware technology is required. B.S. degree in computer, engineer, or science areas is required Desired Skills: Solid understanding of network technologies and direct hands-on experience in Cisco switch configuration and administration. Direct hands-on experience in managing EMC Clariion or NS/Celera storage systems, Cisco MDS SAN switches, EMC RecoverPoint, VMWare SRM. The Subcontractor shall provide effective management of all program activities to achieve desired cost, schedule, and technical performance and maintain customer satisfaction. The Subcontractor shall update the purchaser on performance covered by this SOW and immediately disclose existing or potential problems and planned resolutions. The Subcontractor shall maintain a liaison with the Purchaser SCA and Procurement Representative to assure adherence to all requirements.
