Candidate must have 8 years of experience in IT application development with a minimum of 4 years JAVA/JEE programming experience. 2. Candidate must have strong knowledge of object oriented methodology. 3. Candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including technical writing and communication skills. ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS 1. Familiar with Software Change, Configuration Management, and Build Processes in a complex environment of re-useable Java components 2. Familiar with Full life cycle software development experience of large-scale enterprise applications (requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing) 3. Experience in PORTAL development using WebSphere portal Server (WPS) 4. Experience in use of a Messaging Architecture ( MQ Series, JMS) 5. Experience in distributed technology with recent emphasis on JEE and SOA 6. Experience in Oracle and PL/SQL 7. Familiar with criminal justice business processes and terminology 8. Experience in XML-based technologies including XML Schema, and XSL 9. Candidate must have experience with WebSphere Application Server, knowledge of RAD 10.
