Mobile Application Developer Skills: JavaScript, (PhoneGap or Sencha or Titanium) Summary: The qualified individual will be responsible for developing mobile business applications. You will need to have solid JavaScript, and either PhoneGap, Sencha or Titanium experience to develop web and desktop applications. Collaborating with a team, you will participate in the software development life cycle including, requirements analysis, design, implementation, unit test, defect resolution and documentation. This is a 6 month contract with the possibility to go perm. Qualifications: Formal education in Object Oriented Design Multi-platform mobile development experience utilizing PhoneGap, Sencha or Titanium Understanding of the current state of mobile development (iPhone/iPad, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone, etc. Experience using and creating SOAP and/or REST Web Services Experience creating solutions with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML and JSON Experience using jQuery, DoJo or similar JavaScript libraries Experience manipulating databases of 100,000 records Good understanding of SQL and relational databases BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field. Good communication skills Must work well in a team environment Web Mapping API (google, bing, esri) a plus
