- Build, Deploy and Monitor Windows and Linux Virtual machines for performance issues and stability concerns - Configuring and deploying Load balancers for high volume traffic - Managing configuration and deployment of virtualization solutions - Regular application installations, configurations, and day-to-day administration - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise - Staying familiar with new versions of applications used on servers - Liaise with vendors and professional services - Develop tools to help streamline day to day operations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language - 4-8 years of experience in Microsoft Server administration - 4+ years of experience in Linux Red Hat/Ubuntu server administration - 2-4 years of experience in load balancer configuration and maintenance - Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment - Experience with documenting procedures and knowledge management - Understanding of Change Management frameworks such as ITIL - Familiarity with networking, load balancing, virtualization - Knowledge and understanding of network applications, web servers, firewalls, databases - Systems management experience in troubleshooting IO, disk space and system resource issues. - Knowledge of Perl, Python, PHP, XML, and MySQL and other scripting languages is a must <!--
