Helpdesk Level 3/Customer Support
TEKsystems has an opening for Helpdesk Level 3 Support for our direct customer for a contract to hire opportunity in the Philadelphia, PA area. The ideal candidate must demonstrate technical proficiency and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. They must have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills Required: - Platform/Operating System knowledge of Windows (XP, 7 and Server), MAC, iOS, Android, and Blackberry - Enterprise knowledge of Exchange, Lotus Traveler, Active Directory, Certificate Authorities, Networking, Proxy, and Blackberry Enterprise Server - The design and system architecture skills to lay out end-to-end mobile device management solutions based on the customer's operational requirements - Configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting skills across the previously mentioned technical domains Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years experience serving in a helpdesk and/or customer support and/or pre-sales role - 2-5+ years experience with mobile support: must have the ability to troubleshoot and initialize mobile connectivity (ie blackberry and/or android and/or iphone). - Strong written and verbal communication skills: have the ability to communicate well with internal and/or external clients.
