Job Description: OUR CLIENT is looking for a level 2 Support Center Technician with help desk experience, 3-5 years experience with hands-on repairs resolving computer hardware and software troubleshooting, experience supporting Window XP, NT4 and 2000 Operating systems, and Administration, hardware and software upgrades, experience with system migrations, general printer repair and maintenance, MS Office, Outlook, Exchange, PDA's, Laptops, excellent typing skills, excellent admin skills, experience with an incident tracking system like Magic (preferred), excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a stressful environment with a medium-sized group, excellent call documentation Top 3 Skills the Client is looking for: 1. 2 years of customer support 2.
