Our client is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Burbank, California. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for working with business and technical staff in planning, executing, and documenting testing. Work with technical and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of application. Main Duties: * Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans * Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies * Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals * Assist with test automation effort * Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management * Managing all Testing phases of our software upgrade * Scheduling meetings as needed to keep all team members up to speed and on task during the testing phase * Sending project updates out to the team daily, weekly and monthly Quality Assurance Analyst Requirements: * High skills QA tester in an environment with various up and down stream systems * Experience managing enterprise level testing efforts for large organizations * Good understanding of the different test phases for software development * A person who works well with different level of individuals * Understanding of HP Quality Center * MS Office * Basic understanding of MS Project * 4 Year college degree or higher Desired Skills: * Skilled in writing Test Scripts * Ability to lead a diverse team of individuals through a Testing Phases * Ability to add a level of oversight to the project testing phase
