Human Resources Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Analyst for their Basking Ridge, New Jersey location. Responsibilities: * Assist with the development, measurement, and reporting of all staffing, recruiting, and diversity related data/metrics for consumer and corporate groups * Interact and coordinate data and reporting requirements and solutions with HR Reporting teams, HRIS, IT, HR business partners, and other companies * Ensure the highest standards of quality control and data integrity * Ongoing UAT efforts related to reporting * Support the leadership team with executive presentations and supporting metrics * Work with the following systems: PeopleSoft, staffing systems, Cognos, and other various company data repositories The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): * Minimum of 2 years experience of demonstrated expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Self-starter with the ability to multi-task * Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change easily * Strong organizational and planning skills \ * Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), as defined by the ability to create and deliver effective correspondence and presentations to senior management Desirable, additional qualifications: * Experience with data warehousing, report writing and delivery * Experience with PeopleSoft and staffing systems * MS Access * TOAD * Experience working with cross functional teams * Experience working with all levels of management * Project management experience * Broad understanding of a similar corporate structure and organizational hierarchy
