General office duties, with some hands work and deliveries
Looking for a part time secretary, to administrate the smooth running of a small business office which includes the following but not limited to: Telephone answering; MUST be Competent in using Microsoft Office; To provide quotes (as directed) correspondence and documents and records, spreadsheets; taking minutes and keeping notes; Invoicing (weekly, daily, monthly); Staff hour book keeping; Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies; Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post; Generating sales leads; Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information; Photocopying and printing various documents; Please note: the role will not be limited to just office admin, you wil be required to assist if required in linen sorting, processing during busy periods. You may also be required to deliver linen during emergencies; Must be eligible to work in the UK, computer literate and must have good English, read and writing.Must have full UK drivers license.
