DESCRIPTION: The dynamic non-profit in Herndon, VA maintains a surprisingly large and complex infrastructure to support all business functionality. They are seeking an experienced Informix DBA with additional AIX Administration abilities to join their SA organization who will have day to day administration responsibilities as well as input into shaping future architectural and design plans as well as offering products insights. DBA experience preferably INFORMIX with some oracle. Linux admin along with AIX or UNIX admin experience. DB querying, SQL knowledge. Shell scripting. Senior level role presently slated as a contract with a (likelihood) of an eventual FTE ending. Plan on six months as a Princeton contractor prior to entertaining a comparable FT offer. We have good history with this customer and direct relationships to facilitate your candidacy.
