Customer Service / Help Desk Support General Help Desk Support / Job Description qualifications: This position is to set up, configure, program, and assemble 3 00 Point of Sale machines to replace the cash registers at 300 malls throughout the country. Candidate must have : Programming Technical skills to help with point of sale replacing cash registers at malls. - Not necessarily programming skills, that can be misleading. The candidates should just be computer literate with a general interest in helpdesk support. Physical work required unpacking boxes, and assembling the systems Excellent Phone Skills, answering questions about the POS system (PC, Cash drawer, scanner, receipt printer) Must be eager to learn, have an outgoing personality & great customer service skills Job consists of a lot of interaction & communication with the cashiers which requires good phone skills, patience, and clear speaking when giving specific directions for troubleshooting. Must be able to work well with the other support staff in the office . - Must be detail oriented for technical support Summer is all prep work on equipment- must have willingness to get hands dirty & be able to lift 30lbs Dress code is casual /Jeans may be worn at any time
