Experis a Manpower Company is seeking a Systems Analyst with 7+ years of Software Development experience in Java/J2EE for one of our leading clients in Bethesda, Maryland. Responsibilities: Performs research, analysis, creation, design & implementation of business systems to meet current and future user requirement. Modifies and maintains existing systems to address changes in business processes. May function as a workgroup leader for a project team of function as an applications specialist. Provides financial input for department/project budget or capital expenses. Supports existing systems and large projects and develops systems in a minimum of one system environment. Provides assistance and work direction to other staff. Develops and manages all parts of a project plan with minimal assistance, including schedules, deliverables and measurements. Plans and coordinates complex implementations overseeing quality control of systems functional design and implementation, client operations design and implementation and client raining and conversion. Makes short term plan for the team to effectively utilize resources. Manages customer satisfaction process, taking accountability for addressing concerns. Provides estimates of work effort for client projects. Functions as a technical resource for team members and trains/mentors team, peers, and clients as appropriate.
