Position: Application Support Specialist Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: Contract-to-hire Our client is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. Responsibilities: Maintaining clear and updated communications between team members, customers and other IT departments Learning and understanding each application and its functioning parts to help triage and expedite issues as they are presented Forming Relationships with other IT department staff, Management, and customers Documenting known issues and solutions to add to our solutions database. Facilitate teams in meetings and issues resolution.
