The Business Analyst is expected to perform the following tasks: * Define payment structures that allow seamless processing among Agency systems and FMS * Improve collaboration during financial processing * Improve the capability to capture and apply data that may be sourced via structured (digital records / files) and unstructured data (paper and images) * Improve reporting flexibility to support transparency and audit ability * Design business intelligence (BI) capabilities that will allow the Agency to 'mine' financial data and improve the quality of decisions The successful Senior-level BA applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): * Undergraduate up to a Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Information Systems * 5 years of financial services industry experience with payment systems * 4 years of experience as a situational / influence leader especially in the areas of project management, enterprise architecture, or process re-engineering * Familiarity with technology industry tools for ETL and SOA Desirable Skills / Experience: * 7 years of computer systems development experience * Experience with the OO computer programming paradigm (especially PowerBuilder)
