TEKsystems is currently looking for a Senior Level Process Analyst with Healthcare Industry experience for a client of ours in the Philadelphia, PA area. He/She will be responsible for the following on a day-to-day basis: - Leading, evaluating and providing business analysis expertise for large portfolio projects. - Interfaces with SME's and stakeholders with minimal supervision obtaining business/stakeholders needs and uses sound judgment compatible with established industry best-practices, policies and procedures. - Conducts and evaluates business analysis using the six areas of knowledge identified by IIBA's BABOK. Use of and experience with structured requirements documentation -Strong knowledge and experience with Use Cases (Diagram and Narrative) -Experienced with Business Process improvement concepts -Demonstrated use of UML, Context diagrams, Swim Lane diagrams, Data Flow (DFD) diagrams, Visio,etc -Able to execute the project plan for those areas of the SDLC that span from Planning to Testing. - Analysis and PM Skills - Leads appropriate resources and determines project requirements and deliverables, to ensure successful implementations to meet user needs. - Able to execute the project plan for those areas of the SDLC that span from Planning through Testing - Communicates business or process solutions, recommendations and issues to management on a regular basis - Demonstrates a clear understanding of project goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and priorities Qualifications: 7-10+ years overall BA/BSA experience, with a solid understanding of the Health Care industry; Experience creating business requirements Ability to participate and run JAD sessions 3-5+ years experience gathering requirements and interfacing with stakeholders ** Candidates must have experience working within a Healthcare company and have a understanding of claims. ** Interested and qualified candidates should respond to this posting with a Word copy of their resume along with a brief description of how their experience meets the needs of our client.
