Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a C# Developer for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial industry clients in New York, NY Responsibilities: * We are looking for a talented C# developer with good experience developing back-end enterprise software or infrastructure management tools. Client-server experience with WCF is suggested. * The project involves developing the tool set used to manage server farms and host configuration. Required Skills: * Strong experience developing with the .NET Framework in C# * TDD, CI and iterative software development * Application code and configuration scanning for best practices * Designing and building WCF or other XML/SOAP/Restful service applications and clients * Experience in migrating applications large amount of applications in a scalable fashion. * Experience with file synchronization and deployment methodologies Preferred Skills: * Thorough knowledge IIS * Good grasp of Powershell, Python or Perl * Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP protocols * Problem solving skills, and an eye for solving scalability issues SGA is a Certified Womans Business Enterprise (WBE) celebrating over thirty years of service to our national client base.
