Account Executive - Inside sales The Netherlands, Leiden area Period: Start date: 01 September 2012. End date: 31 December 2012 (possible extension with 2X 6 months) Job description for the Account Executive (Inside sales): For the EMEA Sales desk within the company there is a temporary opening for an Account executive - Inside Sales. The main tasks for the Account Executive (Inside sales) are as follows: *You must have a commercial focus. You will perform telesales activities to raise customer awareness and consideration; identifying leads in order to promote the company's portfolio and increasing the company's revenue. *Tele Sales, Tele Marketing and related Support on the company's products (Directories). *Generating and qualifying leads with using existing contact lists. *Creation and maintenance of contact lists. *Gather marketing information by the classification of customers and identification of needs. *Sell organisations products and provide related (set-up) support. Besides the working relations within the team (consisting of 3 staff) you will have interaction with the company's team which consists of 10 staff dedicated to management, commercialisation, product management, communications, IT coordination and project management. Do you have what it takes? *Continuation studies on an HBO educational level (direction Economy/Marketing and/or Information Technology). *Telemarketing/Sales experience. *Working experience within bank is preferred e.g. international or payments department. *Experience in working with SAP, Sales Force, Excel is preferred. *Analytical skills. *Customer- and service-oriented attitude. *Strong commercial focus, self-starter *Excellent communicative and social skills. *Ability to cope with stress. *A team player, willing to work in a multicultural environment. *Fluent in English and German.
