Customer Service Rep
Our client a well-known insurance company is looking for future Customer Service Professionals to supplement their team. As a Customer Service Professional you will respond to customer questions via telephone regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims. This is a call center environment you must be open to working various shifts and days. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Answer inquiries regarding insurance, benefits and claims ? Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes ? Research and analyze data to address inquiries ? Strong attention to detail REQUIRED: ? Minimum 12 months call center experience/automated customer service environment ? Proficient in computer skills and typing ? Minimum 25 wpm ? High School diploma or equivalent ?
