Order Management Associate . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
This contractor will handle the incoming orders for projects, spares and events from our order management system. Review orders, check for accuracy, check for inventory. It will involve work in Plex, Oracle, and CQ. Other duties will include running order reports to ensure orders are moving through the system efficiently. This position requires a responsive personality as well as the following: Assure transactions are processing correctly Make on course corrections and recover lost transactions Create and maintain processes to ensure balances in the Oracle Inventory module are correct Work closely with Oracle IT on all technical functions of the Oracle Inventory module Work with enhancements; incidents and repairs Enter 'Service Incidents' Item code set-ups Partner with Accounting on all Inventory costing impacts Perform inventory reporting and analysis requiring the use of Oracle, Plex, and CQ The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Minimum 1-3 years of experience in order management Strong knowledge of Oracle (ability to diagnose problems and create and execute solutions) Strong MS Excel skills Strong in Outlook and MS Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal client groups at various levels Demonstrated teamwork and customer service attitude with a responsive personality Ability to be flexible and work in a complex, fast-paced environment
