The Business Analyst is expected to perform the following tasks: Define payment structures that allow seamless processing among Agency systems and FMS Improve collaboration during financial processing Improve the capability to capture and apply data that may be sourced via structured (digital records / files) and unstructured data (paper and images) Improve reporting flexibility to support transparency and audit ability Design business intelligence (BI) capabilities that will allow the Agency to 'mine' financial data and improve the quality of decisions The successful Senior-level BA applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Undergraduate up to a Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Information Systems 5 years of financial services industry experience with payment systems 4 years of experience as a situational / influence leader especially in the areas of project management, enterprise architecture, or process re-engineering Familiarity with technology industry tools for ETL and SOA Desirable Skills / Experience: 7 years of computer systems development experience Experience with the OO computer programming paradigm (especially PowerBuilder)
