We are looking for highly analytical candidates, who enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment who can provide the following skills: Assist with data entry and customer service as well as operate basic office equipment (scanners, fax, and copiers). Candidates who are detail oriented and have excellent multitasking skills are strongly desired. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years minimum administrative office experience; preferably in a corporate environment. Must be able to type 40 wpm error free. Must be comfortable on the phone, entering data into the system and multitasking between screens to access multiple files. Computer skills needed are: MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Candidates who pick up systems quickly are desired. Good communication and written skills. Excellent history of punctuality and attendance. BA/BS degree required.
