CA/SantaClarita/Customer Service Rep
Job Description: Person will support the execution of sales and service programs for customers through order fulfillment process by efficiently and accurately processing all customer orders; answering and responding to sales and service calls received from the retail locations; providing customer assistance by completing requests for price quotes, product availability, and delivery status; investigating and assisting in resolution of customer claims and deductions; communicating customer needs with Outside Sales Reps, Sales and Service Managers,and Product Specialist. Should be able to Multitask, have a sense of urgency; detail oriented with accuracy; client relationship building; strong work ethic; adaptable;flexible and stable. Excellent compensation and benefits. Flexible to work shifts: 6:00am-3:30pm,7:00am-4:00pm and 8:00am-4:30pm. Monday - Friday. Job Experience: BS/BA Degree or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience customer service/sales division. Excellent verbal and written communications.
